I have often telephoned ahead to have special Spring and Summer rolls made. On their ever-changing menu, I have found fabulous Vegan dishes go off the menu. [Appetizer: Panko tofu and eggplant with Miso Sake Soy Sauce, Cucumber Sunomono, and a salad of chilled Somen noodles and vegetables.] They always have an Asian vegetable stir-fry with Chow Mein noodles, a small size pizza without cheese and salads.
