The beauty of dining in Maui is that if you do not live too far Up Country, or past Haiku, you can travel to any restaurant in less than an hour. The drive is always a treat worth starting early for. The sunset is a special extra on the way to dinner whether it is between Lahaina and Kihei or Up Country.
