This letter was sent to various restaurants It was addressed to the Owners/Managers/Chefs. Working alone I have not yet contacted all of the eating establishments on Maui. If there are any Chefs that I have not yet reached, PLEASE feel free to reply, and I will include your information, in my page. If there is anyone that has come across a restaurant that has Vegan dishes, please write me and I will include your menus on my web page.

"The letter"

Aloha Chef:

I'm sending you this letter to inquire about the vegan items offered on your menu. I often dine out and the fact that I choose a Vegan diet limits my selection. I will be publishing the results [positive only] on the World Wide Web as a Maui Guide to Vegan Dining.
Feel free to add new items or ideas you may have in the future.
Any instructions to special order guests, such as calling ahead, or asking for a paticular person will be added to the Guide, so as to make your creations and preparations smoother.
